Astral Projection

Wikipedia defines Astral Projection as:
Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of out-of-body experiences(OBE) achieved either awake or via lucid dreaming, deep meditation, or use of psychotropics. Proponents of astral projection maintain that their consciousness or soul has transferred into an astral body (or "double"), which moves en tandem with the physical body in a parallel world known as the astral plane
The concept of Astral projection has been around for thousands of years, dating back to ancient China It is currently often associated with the New Age movement.
It is amazing all of the websites and information upon the web on this subject. Advertisement’s stating they can get results in ten minutes after listening to a CD. The ads list Astral Projection pills and herbs, methods, workbooks and other aids to help project to the astral with no mention of money back if they are unsuccessful. The websites are too numerous to count in one article. Lucid dreaming and other terms are mentioned where the potential for being confused is constant.
I have been able to astral project since childhood. Yet I never realized how many people were trying to achieve this talent in their lives. Reading the websites and other resources taught one thing. Something simple became really complex and scary. I read about all of the problems projecting and many methods to overcome them. All of the steps to projecting became intimidating and trying to remember all of the remedies impossible.
Yet I had been doing this for years so it was not impossible. I thought about all of the things I did to project and realized I could help others learn this ability. I went back to the past, watched myself, and remembered all of the steps. The biggest problems with astral projecting were remembering doing it and the energy levels of the person. They are both really the same problem. The two problems led to all of the complex problems with side effects that were listed in so many of the books and websites about projecting.
The methods and names were different in some instances so I read about them in different books. Clairvoyance by C.W. Ledbetter mentioned Astral Projection as a means of seeing clairvoyantly into all time, space, and levels. He lists many different types of doing this in his book. It is true that astral projection aids clairvoyance and mental wandering. Yet it is confusing as no one uses anyone else’s terms except for the basic descriptions.
The steps to successful astral travel are:
- Energize the astral body so you can remember astral travel. Low energy is the major problem with 90% of people who try to astral project. Low energy causes the person to forget projecting so they believe they never projected at all. Everyone astral projects but they do not remember it most of the time.
- Learning to develop mental focus to remember what they are doing and why they do it. People do not know how to focus and concentrate anymore. It shows in study habits and most of our daily interactions with others.
- The ability to communicate with the left and right side of the brain so that focus and concentration is aided. Psychic talents and abilities are kept from the conscious mind by the brain not communicating between the subconscious and conscious minds.
The easiest way to do this at first is with a dream diary and simple methods that are done before you go to sleep at night. I have an astral projection course upon

Pulling a person out means to feed them energy and stabilize their energetic bodies to the point where they remember the excursion. This takes time and the beginner projector utilizing the methods and resources I have upon the website. The class then goes on a group excursion where people build faith in themselves and the fact that they have been projecting by describing their dreams from the dream diary.
Belief, faith, and trust in the fact that you can accomplish your goals are essential in any type of spiritual project. I have another article called Astral Magic on my Astralhealer website, which shows how useful the astral can be to accomplish goals.
Projection is also the gateway to the realms that are beyond the astral. The different realms can be used for healing, helping others, and stopping oppression and persecution of others. A projector will be able to develop talents of clairvoyance that enables them to see energy signatures. It also helps to develop etheric vision, which shows the entire energy system.
The energy signature is the composition of objects, people, and things on the astral. Every thing on the astral planes has a color, note, vibration, and a melody. The melody is as complex as the object. Anything on the astral that seem discordant, strange or an ugly color to you is to be avoided. It is not compatible with your energy. Any location also has an energy signature so it is an important part of astral traveling and staying safe on the astral.
I plan to teach these methods upon my University website for helping others and putting in more classes. The hard part is finding the time to write them and explain them. I hope to help others to develop healing skills where they can accomplish helping and healing others with spiritual, mental, and physical problems.
